Audit finds bridge maintenance lacking on forest service roads in Squamish forest district

The Ministry of Forests' Squamish forest district needs to improve its bridge inspections and completion of repairs to avoid potential user safety issues. Otherwise, the ministry's small business forest enterprise program (SBFEP) complied with the Forest Practices Code according to an audit released today by the Forest Practices Board.
